2017, The UAE Year Of Giving
The UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has declared 2017 as the ‘Year of Giving’ to promote the culture of giving back and making a difference. And that means everything from giving a smile to making others happy through kindness and gestures and generally working to make our city and our world a better place (so cool right!?). We’ve thought of 10 ways to weave the idea of giving back into your everyday – from being less wasteful to giving back to the community, upcycling, recycling and living more sustainably.
